Jamaal Coleman has been singing professionally since the 5th grade where he attended The American Boychoir School. While there he studied under James Litton one of the worlds greatest choral conductors. While in school he was able to tour across the United States and sing with various orchestras, The New York Philharmonic under the direction of the late great Kurt Masur, Chicago Philharmonic, San Francisco, Boston Philharmonic under James Levine and Vienna Philharmonic to name a few. Jamaal has also recorded several albums with the choir as well.
Jamaal chose to attend Berklee College of Music to expand his musical knowledge. While attending he was able to dive deep into the Jazz, R&B, Gospel, Pop/Rock. He has had the privilege to sing for some of gospel's best artist Beverly Crawford, Myron Butler, Jonathan Nelson, Alexis Spight.
